Hi! I’m Lindsay Taylor
Perinatal nutrition expert, award-winning cookbook author, and nutrition educator supporting women to get confidently nourished during their preconception, pregnancy, or postpartum journey.
But before all of that, I'm a mom who was in your shoes. When I was pregnant, I suffered through nausea, nutrient deficiencies, and exhaustion that made me break down in tears, without once being told what I was eating was playing a role in my symptoms.
I was so frustrated by my experience, I decided to pivot from my career in health behaviour change and dive deep into the perinatal nutrition space. The Food Doula was born!
